DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Christmas 2022 – ProVan will be closing on 21st December and will re-open on 3rd January 2023.  Orders may be processed during this time but not shipped until 3rd January 2022.

Standard Delivery
ProVan offer Standard Delivery within 5 working days on all purchases to the UK mainland. The cost of £4.60 plus VAT will be added to your order at the checkout.

Next working day delivery
If ordered by 2pm, our next working day delivery service is available. This is only applicable to purchases for delivery in the UK mainland. The cost of £9.95 plus VAT will be added to your order at check out.

International Deliveries
No international deliveries are offered at present. Contact [email protected] and we will direct you to your nearest international distributor.

We do not provide named day or timeslot deliveries at this time.

Returns

Returning an item
If you purchased your product via this website and you wish to return it, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order.
We will refund the standard cost of delivery.
It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.
If you purchased it from one of your partners please contact them as this will be covered by their terms and conditions.
